Here is the medal count for the 2008 Olympics thus far…CLICK HERE! Found on ESPN. I am really enjoying the Summer Olympics but in the back of my mind it’s still kinda weird that an event that is supposed to promote good will and freedom and unity…is being held in CHINA! Eh, go USA!
Last night I stayed up to see if Phelps and company could handle the French in the 4×100m relay since buddy from France said that they were going to “…smash…” us. And for a moment it looked like he was right! Long story short, we came back in the last leg with Jason Lezak swimming is last leg in like 46 seconds and we end up winning by like .008 seconds and SMASHING the world record by 4 seconds! Unlike the rest of you unpatriotic losers I will be watching that Olympic medal count hard! Go USA! And if “The Redeem Team” doesn’t win the gold–I will have lost my faith in America. Period.
